Eco Life Art Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

 

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support.

  • Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been packed or shipped.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, with full refunds issued immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility


We offer refunds for:
a) Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence

  • Full refund or replacement (subject to availability)

b) Wrong Items Received:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • We’ll arrange return pickup and send the correct items or issue a refund

c) Size/Product Issues:

  • Report within 3 days of delivery

  • Exchange subject to stock availability

  • Return shipping at the customer’s expense

3. Non-Refundable Items

 

  • Customised/personalised products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Final sale/clearance items (marked as such)

4. Return Process

 

  • Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days

  • Items must be:

    • Unused/unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags attached

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return receipt

5. Exchange Policy

 

  • Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery

  • Subject to identical product availability

  • Customer covers return shipping costs

  • No exchanges for:

    • Art supplies (paints, brushes, etc.)

    • Opened craft kits

    • Seasonal/decorative items

6. Refund Method

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-10 business days)
