Eco Life Art Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support.
Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been packed or shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, with full refunds issued immediately.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for:
a) Damaged/Defective Items:
Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video evidence
Full refund or replacement (subject to availability)
b) Wrong Items Received:
Report within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll arrange return pickup and send the correct items or issue a refund
c) Size/Product Issues:
Report within 3 days of delivery
Exchange subject to stock availability
Return shipping at the customer’s expense
3. Non-Refundable Items
Customised/personalised products
Products damaged due to customer misuse
Final sale/clearance items (marked as such)
4. Return Process
Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days
Items must be:
Unused/unwashed
In original packaging
With all tags attached
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return receipt
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available within 3 days of delivery
Subject to identical product availability
Customer covers return shipping costs
No exchanges for:
Art supplies (paints, brushes, etc.)
Opened craft kits
Seasonal/decorative items
6. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-10 business days)
